Found the cache with no problem but it was difficult to get the logbook out - someone had rammed the pages back inside and all the papers were ripped and in a bad condition. I rolled it back up very carefully and in a way that future seekers shouldn'thave a problem getting it out or destroy it, but I think ideally it needs a new logbook.
However, this cache is in a fantastic place, I loved the walk to find it and I sat for some time after finding it admiring the rose park! Thanks!
