Fort VII Cybulice - one of the forts of the outer line of Modlin Fortress..
You will have to lurk in the underground corridor looking for a square opening in the floor. I'm afraid you'll have to enter the opening to get the cache out. If you are of a tunnel rat size then it won't be that bad but if you are any bigger than that then you might be out of luck
It's not a long trip, all in all around 30 steps from the entrace. Bring in a torchlight and don't get lost in the corridors, there are already enough skeletons left out there :)
