Budynek wielorodzinny przy ul. Trzebnickiej 18-20 został wybudowany według projektu Krzysztofa Lewczuka przy współpracy Jarosława Świebockiego i Krzysztofa Wrzosa. Zdobył II Nagrodę w konkursie architektonicznym Plomba Roku edycja 1990 r.
