Każdego roku krowy pasą się na łąkach przez co najmniej 120 dni przez 6 godzin. Wypasanie jest naturalnym zachowaniem i jest bardzo zdrowe dla krów. Gniazda ptaków łąkowych są oznaczane i chronione. Nabrzeże kanałów nie jest nawożone na szerokości dwóch metrów, aby naturalna roślinność miała przestrzeń do rozkwitu i rozwoju. Przy nabrzeżu znajdują się torfowiska, na których rosną olchy i trzciny.
Every year the cows graze in the meadows for at least 120 days for 6 hours. Grazing is natural behaviour and healthy for the cows. Nests of meadow birds are marked and protected. The ditch bank is not fertilised over a width of two metres, the natural vegetation is given all the space to flourish and develop. There are two peat pits against the quay surrounded by alder wood and reed.
