Wieża została wzniesiona podczas rewitalizacji parku i od momentu jej ukończenia w 2017 roku, stanowi jeden z głównych punktów odwiedzanych przez spacerowiczów. Z wieży roztacza się malowniczy widok na dolinę Warty, a także na okoliczne tereny zielone i zabudowania.
