Chcieliśmy Was zachęcić do zwiedzenia basenów solnych zwanych panwiami, które służą do uzyskiwania soli z wody morskiej poprzez proces odparowania solanki. Tradycja ta przekazywana jest przez mieszkańców Gozo z pokolenia na pokolenie już od około 350 lat.
