Our task is to count the average number of national holidays during all years until the end of 21st century (2026-2010, 75 years). In theory, it should be 14 holidays (according to current legal rules), but some of those days are always on Sunday (such as first day of Easter) or on some other day (Corpus Christi). If a holiday is on Saturday, the employer has to set another day off (for the employers who work from Monday to Friday). Tip: in 2026 we have 10 holidays.
Note down the result as a number with two decimal places: AB,CD and you can count the coordinates of the cache.
