The Piast Oak on the Bolko Island in Opole, Poland.
For those who don’t know – the short story of Piast dynasty
Over 400 years old English oak (Quercus robur), nowadays a natural monument. It has a impressive size – more than 4,5 meters.
There are few fairy-tales and legends connected to the place. They say that in the shadow of the oak the king of Poland – Jan II Kazimierz (John II Casimir Vasa, King of Poland, King of Sweden, Duke of Opole) – was resting, while his stay in the neighborhood.
The Box hidden after placing backlight around the tree, so we strongly recommend to visit the place after dark.
The place on main park lane, easy to walk. With new backlight good to visit at night as well. Intuitive, easy cache with natural camouflage, please don’t try to dig or to climb the tree.
You need to find another tree, 20 meters heading south - the old berch - then look for the cache.
The Cache contains a log book, pencil, certificates and two trackables ready for journey.

There are also a few existing caches around the place or very close to the Piast Oak.
