Easy to find, even without GPS
That bunker was probably little hospital(in the "main" room there are many metal hooks etc. from bunks installed on walls).
The bunker begins with long narrow tunnel, on the right there is a wall and about 3-4 meters deep hole which allegedly was a pass to lower level(which i heard from people who were running through this bunker a few dozen years ago). On the left there is that "hospital room", tunnel, recess which was probably another tunnel(now bricked up) and long tunnel with recesses which ends with buried doors

Coordinates point to almost buried entry. Cache is about 3 meters behind it (inside the bunker). There is second entrance nearby(more accesible). To get to the buried door you have to pass through whole bunker.
Place cache precisely where it was to avoid being exposed by gravity ;)
