Kościół pw. Najświętszego Serca Jezusowego usytuowany jest w centrum Grodziska Wlkp. na środku dawnego Nowego Rynku, obecnie Placu Powstańców Wielkopolskich.

Nad wejściem do świątyni znajduje się efektowna mozaika z postacią Jezusa Chrystusa autorstwa A. Boche.
