Found on Friday morning. Noone was walking the path near building when I examined the frontyard. Undistubed search in urban area is both rare and pleasant. I visited this urbex two months later. Entrance described by xlud was already locked so I had to use first floor window. Many thanks for setting the cache and showing this urbex.
