Nad wejściem do Sanktuarium znajduje się efektowna mozaika ceramiczna przedstawiająca świętą rodzinę.

Dekoracja została wykonana na podstawie Obrazu Świętego Józefa, znajdującego się w świątyni. Nie wiadomo, jak długo obraz jest w Kaliszu, nieznany jest również jego twórca.
