Pospacerujcie. I wszystko jasne. 

Maciej Kilarski, którego imię nosi bulwar nad Nogatem to postać-legenda dla malborskich muzealników. Należał do pierwszego zespołu pracowników Muzeum Zamkowego w latach 50. przez ponad 40 lat. Wybitny historyk sztuki, konserwator zabytków, architekt oraz artysta plastyk.

Bulwar imienia Kilarskiego to teren nad Nogatem na odcinku od starego mostu drogowego do kładki na Kanale Juranda.
