Description PL

 

Wieża z  1907 roku. Wybudowana dla zasilenia w wodę miasta Podgórz. 

Wieża wodna posiadała jednokomorowy zbiornik na wodę o pojemności 200 m3. W roku 1945 w trakcie ofensywy styczniowej zbiornik został zniszczony.

Po wojnie część zbiornikową odbudowano, wstawiając nowy, trochę mniejszy stalowy zbiornik o pojemności 175 m3. Obecnie wieża niszczeje, a stalowe schody prowadzące na wyższe kondygnacje zostały wycięte.
