Pierwsza wzmianka o wsi Tobolice jaką udało nam się znaleźć  pochodzi z 1386r

Niestety nie ma za dużo  informacji dotyczących tego dworku. Wiemy tylko, że należał on do rodziny Kurczewskich, która została w nim  tragicznie zamordowana w 1919 r  Ocalała jedna osoba.
