Description PL

W dniu 8 maja 1948 roku, miał  miejsce atak na tą miejscowość uzbrojonej  bandy Ukraińskiej Powstańczej Armii,   Miszkańcy mimo przewagi liczebnej , zdołali  odeprzeć ten atak i obronić mieszkańców przed kolejną złośliwą zemstą. Postawiona figura Matki Bożej,   została postawiona jako wotum mieszkańców za ocalenie wioski przed napadem Ukraińców.
