Byłem pewny że ta fontanna jest "stara" oraz "historyczna". A według Internetu jest stosunkowo "świeża" (powstała w 2006 roku) oraz "mocno dyskusyjna" bo Neptun z Bielskiem ma tyle samo wspólnego co egipska piramida z Tychami.
