Kolejowa wieża ciśnień. Typowa żelbetowa konstrukcja z lat 50. XX w. Prawie na całej linii Zielonka – Kuźnica Białostocka (stanowiącej odcinek dawnej „kolei petersburskiej”) są wieże tego typu.
Kiedyś na stacji Małkinia były dwie inne wieże ciśnień (jedna całkowicie drewniana, druga z murowanym trzonem i drewnianą obudową zbiornika) ale nie przetrwały do dnia dzisiejszego.
