Teodor Kałuża (9 November 1885, Wilhelmsthal, today part of Opole – 19 January 1954, Göttingen) - prominent physicist and mathematician, valued in the world. His theory influenced even Albert Einstein work. His model seeks to unify the two fundamental forces of gravitation and electromagnetism. He proposed theory that extended general relativity to a five-dimensional spacetime.
