Pod prawie sam most można dojechać autem polną drogą. Jest to jedyne przejście, którym można dostać się na północne nabrzeże jeziora Dzierżno Duże.

Zaraz za mostem znajduje się jaz, którym nadmiar wody z Kanału Gliwickiego przelewa się do Dzierżna Dużego.
