Pęgowska 1 )jest budowlą z lat ok.1860-70 w stytu neogotyku angielskiego.Pałac otacza fosa ( obecnie sucha ), pozwalajacą sądzić , że wcześniej istniała w tym miejscu jakaś budowla ochronna.Własnie w tej fosie zostałn ukryty ,, skarb,, zawiera:logbook, ołowek-nie na wymiane, smycz, krecika z parasolką, zawieszka w kształcie pajacyka, gwizdek
