Nowomiejski Belweder.
Godny uwagi jest budynek przy ul. Jagiellońskiej 9, zbudowany w stylu eklektycznym, łączącym w sobie elementy form klasycznych. Dwupiętrowy dom wzniesiono na początku XX wieku, jego cechą charakterystyczną są flankujące bryłę wysunięte ryzality. W latach 1900-1919 właścicielem budynku był Wilhelm Bauer, później Otille Kurlikowska (1919-1930), a od 1930 roku obiekt stał się własnością Inowrocławskiej Fabryki Mebli. Współcześnie budynek został zaadaptowany na mieszkania komunalne. Ulica Jagiellońska, nosząca tę nazwę od 1920 roku, w przeszłości nazywała się: Kauerniker Strasse, Kauernik Chaussee.

The building at ul. Jagiellońska 9 is worth mentioning here. It was built in an eclectic style joining different classical forms together. The two-storey house was erected in the beginning of the 20th century; its distinguishing feature is jutting out avant-crops flanking the body. Between 1900 and 1919 an owner of the building was Wilhelm Bauer, than it was owned by Otille Kurlikowska (1919-1930), and from 1930 it was the property of Inowrocławska Fabryki Mebli (Inowrocław Furniture Factory). Currently, the building was adapted for council flats. Jagiellońska Street that has got its name since 1920, were called Kauerniker Strasse, or Kauernik Chaussee in the past.

Sehenswert ist auch das Gebäude, das in ul. Jageillońska 9 gelegen ist, im eklektisch Stil gebaut, das Elemente von mehreren Klassischen Formen vereint. Das zweistöckige Gebäude wurde Anfang des 20. Jhs. erbaut, sein charakteristischer Merkmal sind aus der Fluchtlinie hervorspringende Risaliten. In den Jahren 1900-1919 war Wilhelm Bauer Eigentümer des Gebäude, vorher Ottilie Kurlikowska (1919-1930), und seit 1930 war das Gebäude das Eigentum der Möbelfabrik von Inowrocław. Zur Zeit wurde das Gebäude zum kommunalen Wohnbau adaptiert. Jagiellońska-Straße, die diesen Namen seit 1920 trägt, trug in der Vergangenheit folgende Namen: Kauerniker Strasse, Kauernik Chaussee.
