Żółty szlak prowadzi od przejścia granicznego na przełęczy nad Kamieńczykiem przez Lesicę, Poniatów, przełęcz Spaloną i Mostowice w Dolinie Orlicy, aż do czeskiej miejscowości Orlickie Zagórze (Orlické Záhoří).
