The first church in village Mileszki has been built in 1048 on the place of pagan temple. In 1200 this church and the village has been signed on the map. In 1415-1418 Maciej of Mileszki has built the first wooden church, but it has burnt in 1543.
At the same place was built the larch-wooden church and it is there until today. In 1766 the church was renovated after the small fire and beside of it the belfry was created. The church has been injured in the 1st World War. After it, people have built the new tower. In 1997-2000 there was a complete repair. Until 2007 the church on the evening is iluminated and it's really beautiful.
Inside the building is the bas-relief of Santa Maria, which is known from many miracles. Until 1665 the miracles was noticed in the special book, but it has gone in the 2nd World War. Inside the church are the sculptures from XVI and XVII century too.
Cache is the small tubal container covered in the fence on the front side of the church. There is no necesity to enter inside the church terrain.
