Pilsudski's kite (translate by Google)

Who was Józef Klemens Piłsudski? He was born on December 5, 1867 in Zułów, died on May 12, 1935 in Warsaw - a Polish social and independence activist, soldier, politician, statesman; from 1892 a member of the Polish Socialist Party and its leader in the country, creator of the PPS Combat Organization (1904) and the Polish Military Organization (1914), head of the Military Commission and Provisional Council of State (1917), from November 11, 1918 the Supreme Commander of the Polish Army, in 1918 -1922 head of state, first marshal of Poland (1920); leader of the Sanacja camp after the May coup (1926), two-time Polish Prime Minister (1926-1928 and 1930); exerted a decisive influence on the internal and foreign policy of the Second Polish Republic. That's all in a nutshell.

Did Józef Klemens Piłsudski fly the kites? It is not known, but once lived on a kite, or rather in a place where a few dozen years later, the Latawiec housing estate was built.

The estate was built in 1953-1955. It is located between the Łazienkowska Trasa and Marszałkowska, Mokotowska and Koszykowa Streets on the plan of a kite, hence its name. The central street and the axis of the "kite" is al. Liberation. At ul. Służewska, there is a commemorative stone on the square in the place of the dismantled, pre-war, five-story building of the Feliks Michalski's project. This is where you get the starting coordinates, you will find here all the information needed to decode the final coordinates - all questions relate to Józef Klemens Piłudski - good luck.
