Description PL

Właściwa nazwa to Behelfsmeassiger Schutzraum feur Einzelpersonen (BSE), przez Polaków były natomiast ze względu na charakterystyczny kształt określane „ołówkami”.
Wykonany przez Dywidag z Cossebaude k. Drezna w konstrukcji żelbetowej. Ściany o grubości 20 cm były podwójnie zbrojone.
