Skrzyneczka znajduje się w malowniczym miejscu Rudy Śląskiej w tzw Halembskim lesie, nad sztucznym zalewem który jest też miejscem wędkowania. Jest to też miejsce rodzinnych spacerów mieszkańców pobliskiego osiedla a także uprawiania sportu. Aż dziw że jeszcze nikt nie umieścił tam kesza. Szukać przy schodach , a nie ma ich tam zbyt wiele
