Obelisk znajdujący się na skwerku ul. Partyzantów i Kościelnej został odsłonięty w lipcu 1991r. dla uczczenia kanonizacji Brata Alberta.


Tu w latach 1835 - 1879 stał szpital miejski,
w którym leczył rany powstaniec roku 1863
Adam Chmielowski Św. Brat Albert
ojciec ubogich i nędzarzy.
