Description PL

Zabytkowy zespół gmachów Poczty Głównej w Bydgoszczy wybudowano w latach 1883-1885 w stylu neogotyckim.

Budowle stoją na przestrzeni ograniczonym ulicami: Jagiellońską, Pocztową, Stary Port i F.K. Druckiego-Lubeckiego, w centrum Bydgoszczy, na północnym nabrzeżu rzeki Brdy.

W roku 1876 uruchomiono w Bydgoszczy telegraf, a w 1895 roku telefon.
