Lodz is not just a dirty, industrial city. This place, packed with grey buildings, possesses some veritable treasures. I invite you on a trip to not-very-sad-and-grey-city Lodz.
Park Ocalalych (Surviors Park) is a park commemorating the people who passed through the Litzmannstadt Ghetto existing during World War II. The ghetto was part of the Jews extermination plan of the Third Reich. The park was officially opened on 30th August 2004, on 60th anniversary of the liquidation of the ghetto.
