Description PL

Tartu to była stolica Estonii, a obecnie istotne miasto uniwersyteckie. Na wzgórzu parkowym zostało wyróżnionych tablicami kilkunastu byłych studentów tutejszego uniwersytetu. Wśród nich znajduje się dwóch Polaków. Biolog Benedykt Dybovski oraz pierwszy polski prezydent na uchodzctwie Władysław Raczkiewicz.
