But, oh boy, it had character. One day, Mrs. Jadzia from a nearby block swore it winked at her, and old Janusz grumbled that it was watching him as he lit a cigarette on the footbridge. Over time, it became the subject of urban legends. Some said it was a government device, others claimed it was part of an art installation, but everyone agreed on one thing: it definitely didn’t belong there.
