W pobliżu Połomu ukryte w lesie, znajduje się jeziorko bezodpływowe nazwane "Torfowisko Połom" pływają po nim płaty torfowego pła nazywane przez miejscowych pływającymi wyspami. Miejsce pełne dobrej energii i ciszy. Samochód warto zostawić na leśnym parkingu przy szosie Sajzy-Połom.
