Jak widać na starym zdjęciu, już w latach 20. był całkiem spory... teraz mamy kolejne lata 20. i nadal jest spory.

Od 2008 roku jest pomnikiem przyrody. Nazwę "Nikodem" nadały dzieci z miejscowej szkoły. Ma 200-250 lat a jego obwód pnia to 540 cm. Co ciekawe, zasłużył sobie na tablicę informacyjną, a sąsiedni dwór (jeszcze) nie.

Kesz jest w pewnej odległości od drzewa - nie narusza pomnika przyrody ani nie wymaga kontaktu z nim.
