Przeworsk is a city where in 80s & 90s of XX century steam engine locomotives were scrapped. At the station there were changed locomotives from electrical ones to a steam engine as a line that goes to Bełżec was non-electrified.
In memory of it, one old steam engine locomotive is still in Przeworsk.
