Sczytno
Teutonic Knights' castle in Sczytno was built in second half of the XIV century replacing a wooden keep burnt down by the Lithuanians. It was destroyed during the war against Poland in XV century. At the beginning of XIX century the remains were blended with the newly erected city mayor's building.
Today it's an atmospheric place, right on the lakeside, perfect for a short visit or an evening walk.
