Description PL

ANIOŁ

Byt duchowy w wielu religiach, który służy i na różne sposoby wypełnia zamysły Boga.

Wyraz anioł przeniknął do polszczyzny z języka czeskiego, który zawdzięcza go misji Cyryla i Metodego. Pierwotnie pochodzi on od greckiego, oznaczającego oryginalnie posłaniec

Bazyli Wielki).

ANGEL

Being spiritual in many religions, which is used in various ways fills the thoughts of God.

The word angel penetrated into the Polish language from Czech, who owes his mission of Cyril and Methodius. Originally, it comes from the Greek word ἄγγελος (Angelos, according to the pronunciation Byzantine ánhielos), originally meaning "messenger".

In the Bible's Old Testamencieanalogiczne spiritual beings are called in Hebrew מלאך, mal'ach - which also means "messenger."

It should be noted that both gr. angelos and Hebrew. mal'achoznaczają messenger in general, without prejudging its human or spiritual nature. The difference in the level of language appears only in the Latin translation of the Bible: when mal'ach bądźangelos is meant to deputy human translator uses the word nuntius or legatus - when the divine messenger is intended to mean, you see the word angelus, which of course Latinized form of the game. Angelos.

Guardian Angel

Christian belief of being immaterial , angel, having to mediate between God and man, and act as an individual caregiver.

Faith is not based on , among others, on biblical texts . In the Book of Job is described as a " defender one out of a thousand " .

It is believed that each man has his guardian angel ( he preached, including Basil the Great ) .
