Ten skwer przypomina nam, że Białka, a dalej rzeka Biała, od dawien dawna stanowiły granicę: państwową, religijną i kulturową.

Dziś ślady tej granicy się zatarły.

Ale da się je ciągle dostrzec, studiując historię tego regionu, lokalne nazwy czy zwyczaje.
