Czym byłaby miejscowość uzdrowiskowa bez własnego źródła i swojej "wody".

Więc i Bystra takowe ma. Od 1957 produkowana jest tu "Bystrzanka", czyli lokalna woda źródlana.

Zakład produkujący ją znajduję się w górnej części Bystrej.

A jak ona smakuje? Nie wiem, nie dane było mi jej póki co spróbować.
