Description
Witt family history begins in distant France, whence it was Napoleon's goldsmith, and the grandfather of the founder of the factory at Emilii Plater street. The factory was founded in the late nineteenth century. Produced here copper bathroom fittings, boilers, bathtubs, stoves, copper bath (to heat the water) and kitchen utensils. Were made also to the distillation and sterilization apparatus. Once the factories were back gardens. A nearby house also belonged to the Witt family.
I recommend restored the inscription on the side wall of the building. Take a look at the chimney, are the initials of the founder.
To the factory was added is a newer building, partially landscaped. The ground floor housed a few years, nice cafe.
