Jednokondygnacyjny schron bojowy o pierwotnym numerze "16a" co, wraz z usytuowaniem, może sugerować jego pomocniczy charakter. Obiekt wybudowany jest w klasie odporności "D" wyposażony w 3 stanowiska ckm i podobną ilość rkm. W bocznej części znajduje się garaż armaty p.panc. Schron nie posiada kopuły pancernej.
