Description PL

Willa powstała w 1905 roku. Jest bardzo reprezentacyjna, z balkonem, z dodatkowymi detalami dekoracyjnymi: ryzalitami, szczytami, gzymsami ceglanymi, w stylu eklektycznym (łączy elementy secesyjne z neorenesansowymi), z witrażami w części okien. Jedną z bocznych ścian zdobi mozaika z postacią św. Floriana (patrona hutników) i stąd jej nazwa. Posesję z ogrodem otacza dekoracyjny płot.
