Źródło o wdzięcznej nazwie Bełkotek wypływa z wciętej w piaski dolinie w strefie międzywydmowej. Wydajność źródła jest mała, poniżej 1 l/s, cała strefa wysieków wzdłóż doliny daje około 3 l/s. Źródło to należy do źródeł okresowo wysychających. Jest to źródło krasowe.
