  Źródło wody to naturalny wypływ wody podziemnej, słodkiej lub mineralnej na powierzchnię ziemi. Jest początkiem strumienia lub rzeki. Do źródełek przez cały rok przychodzą ludzie tylko po to, by napełnić naczynia smaczną i zdrową wodą, a w domu zaparzyć z niej wyborną herbatę lub kawę. Według licznych legend o źródełkach, ich wody mają cudowną moc uzdrawiania. Zimą, nawet przy bardzo niskich temperaturach ich woda nie zamarza. Wiele źródełek ma status Pomnika Przyrody.
